He is an
accomplished educator and author, teacher
& trainer plus Numerologist with demonstrated ability to train, teach, motivate,
inspire and direct students, faculty, executives, managers while maintaining
high interest and achievement. He is an Articulate communicator whereby able to
effectively interact with diverse population at a variety of academic &
corporate levels. He consistently maintains excellent relations with students,
executives, managers, parents, faculty, and administration. He is working as a
trainer, teacher, mentor, coach, guide, leader, boss, manager, friend,
philosopher and above all professional speaker on Awareness & Humbleness.
His teaching & training is all about developing accountable and
responsible citizen of this world. This is possible if there will be regular
and constant Inspiration & Motivation – i.e. Award
& Reward even for any small individual or collective contributions
which leads to Great Awareness & Humbleness.
Having started at an early age,
he find that his expertise does in fact lie in helping students deal with
social pressure, and helping them cope with the stress and frustration it
brings. He has also been successfully able to help students improve their
self-esteem by making them focus on past successes, so that they may be able to
garner the strength for future aspirations. He does not think that age has any
role to play when it comes to warming up to students. As long as they can find
a mentor and a guide in someone, they are likely to open up to them.
On the basis of his rich
experience he can proudly say that ‘Teaching’ is all
about ‘Awareness’ & Humbleness’ for both students &
teachers. It is a two way learning (empowerment) whereby firstly teachers are
supposed to be fully ‘aware’ & ‘humble’ only then they can revert this to
students. So, ‘Awareness’ means three things: Knowledge
– which will come through teaching scholastic
(subjects) and activities on scholastic areas; Information –
will come through training on co-scholastic (soft skills/life
skills/social skills) areas and Exposure – will come
through educating on Seminars, Live Projects,
Survey, Symposium, Investigative projects etc. Now, ‘Humbleness’ means
firstly teachers should know two things: how to give feedback to self, students
& others & how to inspire & motivate self, students & others.
In his opinion, we are supposed
to teach & train self & students for 21st century
skills which is based on four pillars: Connecting knowledge to
life outside the institutions; Ensuring that learning shifts away from rote
methods; Enriching the curriculum so that it goes beyond textbooks and Making
examinations more flexible and integrating them with classroom life etc. In
other words, we can say that in 21st century skills it should
be only Students-Centered Classroom and classes should
be interesting & useful only then it will enhance both
students & teacher’s creativity which impel them to think out of
the box.
The
21st century need is ‘Teacher’ (who forgets
everything and run) should act as ‘Guru’ (who face everything
& rise). Only GURU (like Dronacharya, Vashist and Vishwamitra in East &
Aristotle, Pluto and Socrates in West) can bring “Paradigm” shift
in Education/ Teaching/Training (Multi-talented + Multi-tasking = Multi
Talented Person).
He help educate people, encourage
people, motivate people, inspire people, aware people, make them humble and
manage their time, set their priorities, and stay focused, so they can achieve
their goals, get ahead in life, and live their dreams.
Goal
(Objective/Purpose/Aim/Ambition)
His
goal is to grow, improve and develop a strong and energetic World by empowering
girl child and women through value based education (Lead by Results/Lead from
Front).
Vision (Dream)
His
vision (dream) is developing an accountable and responsible citizen of this
World who will be able to create awareness and humbleness through knowledge,
information and exposure among all section of society without any
discrimination on the basis of caste, creed and religion. He will ensure that
BPL Family (Girl Child & Women) should get Education & Literacy; Food,
Cloth and Shelter (Orphanage/Old Home/Rain Basera); Skill based Employment;
Free Medical & Insurance Facility; providing Sports platform so that they may
become National & International player in future; Arranging marriage for
unmarried girls etc.
Mission (Duty)
His
mission (duty) is to make his school, academy and university “Heaven” for
all those students who come from broken
or abusive homes from all over the World
by bringing together Teachers/Students /Parents/Management through
sincere counselling/tutoring/healing/mentoring.
He
is a great team player, unsupervised, self-discipline, and self-motivated
person with very high ethics, honesty & integrity. He never compare his
intelligence & destiny with any one because this is an insult to him (e.g.
five brothers & sisters born from the same parents are not equal in
intelligence & destiny then how can we compare lacs of people who belongs
to altogether different caste, creed and religion etc). He believes in – work
more than other, know more than other and expect less than other.
Successful Life Lesson
1. “SMART work is the only
investment that never fails.”
(S – Specific; M – Measurable; A
– Achievable; R – Realistic; T – Time Bound)
2. Never ever compare yourself
with anyone in this world, it’s an insult to you because even five fingers are
not equal in our hand; even twins or siblings born from the same parents are
not equal in intelligence and destiny.
3. Cut the past because you
cannot change the past; focus on Present so that your Future will be strong
(Future = Past + Present). If something good, try to learn from the past and if
something bad, try to forget.
4. Whenever you feel that you
deserve more than others please think on these three lines honestly: Do
you know more than other, Do you work more than other, Do you expect less than
other?????
5. DO
NOT REPEAT MISTAKE – If you are repeating mistake it means you did not learn
anything. COMMIT NEW MISTAKE – this brings NEW learning for you.
6. “Good Results and Good Institutes means, you are only
brilliant & intelligent, but not Creative, But Creative people are
definitely Brilliant & Intelligent.” (Ex: Almost all old founders across
the ‘Globe’ like Bill Gates, Tata, Birla, Dhirubhai Ambani etc. are college
dropouts but all ‘Big’ brains: students from HARVARD/ STANDFORD/ OXFORD/
CAMBRIDGE/ IIMs/XLRI/ IITs/NIITs/BITs/IISC are working for them).
7. Do not say “ONLY” I AM THE BEST,
it shows “Overconfidence” Simply say – I AM THE BEST, it shows “Confidence”.
8. What is your aim and ambition
in 21st Century Skills?
From
Ordinary to Extraordinary (e.g. Mr. Modi)
From
Zero to Hero (e.g. Mr. Kejriwal)
From
Stone to Diamond (e.g. Mr. Gandhi)
9. IMPOSSIBLE says – I AM POSSIBLE.
10. The full form of HERO:
H
– Means “Health”
E
– Means “Education”
R
– Means “Rich”
O
– Means “Obedient” (Humble)
If you would like to become HERO – then you must have these four qualities: Good Health, Good Education, you must be Rich & above all you must be Humble.
(The Happy Beginnings......)
