11. Foreign Tour

12. After sudden death – family members can continue

13. No deadlines except few organizations

14. Opportunities for further studies without losing your salary

15. No Workload

16. Fixed ours of working (exceptions are there)

 

The disadvantages are:

1. This job is not for highly ‘ambitious’ people (only few organization can satisfy your ambition)

2. This job is not for ‘creative’ people (only few organizations will give you opportunities to show your creativity.

3. No ‘appreciation’ by your senior (exceptions are there but this cannot be considered as a rule)

4. Even though you are SMART worker; promotion and increment is same for others also who are not SMART worker.

5. Nobody is ready to take “Responsibility & Accountability” if something goes wrong.  

6. No Freedom

7. No Team Work – only groups!!

8. Routine jobs if it is not ‘profitable’ companies

9. No authority

10. No Delegation except few one.


Why Private Jobs?

Before joining any private companies be it small, medium and big; set & fix your mind that your job is “never” safe even at the age of 60+ and at any designation and at any point of time. If ready for this – READ NOW!!!

The advantages are

1. Brand name if you are working with only 1000 top companies of this country (out of 1,00,000 companies - please search on Google all top 1000 companies name and make yourself suitable for these companies and only then DREAM!!!)

2. This job is for ‘ambitious’ people because Top – 200 companies will respect your ambition.

3. This job is for ‘creative’ people because Top – 200 companies will give you the opportunities for creative work.

4. ‘Appreciation’ to the certain extent but this should not cross one’s boundary i.e. it should not harm your boss i.e. immediate seniors.

5. High growth, improvement, development in one’s career and life only with Top -50 companies.

6. This job will give you credit for your work at least 40%; rest depending upon the organization hierarchy.

7. Freedom is there with only Top 50 companies.

8. Working condition and atmosphere is good with only Top 200 companies.

9. Team work but only with Top 100 companies.

10. High level of challenge with Top – 200 companies.

11. Excellent salary structure only with Top – 200 companies.

3. No fixed working hours if you are an officer

4. Hire & Fire policy (exceptions are there)

5. Performance linked salary, bonus, increment etc.

6. No retirement benefits (exceptions are there)

7. No security for family members (exceptions are there).

8. Deadlines & strong follow up is must by everyone

In fine, we can say that our career and life will be stable, secure, safe, rewarding, challenging only with TOP -1000 companies.
