Career discovery/counseling/planning/advising is the process of helping and understanding students /individuals/family/groups and professionals (staff/teachers/trainer/coach/mentor/executives/ managers/senior managers/Principal/Director/Management) their true hidden quality and helping them to find their true potential through “Healing” (Homeopathic Treatment, not through Allopathic treatment).
What is the role of a Career Advisor/Counselor?
Career Counselors are like a ‘Healer’ i.e. they treat their diamond students, professional and others through Homeopathic treatment i.e. under Homeopathic treatment, Doctor try to find out firstly “Symptoms” and give medicine as per that symptoms (say for example, if I got headache, Homeopathic Doctor will try to find out symptoms and then they give medicine but Allopathic Doctor, without knowing the symptoms they just suppress the headache due to which people get temporary relief and after some time they get headache again and this process continue).
In other words, Career Counselor act as a ‘Healer’ who analyzes and interprets all career options through intensive and extensive studies and brings and choose happy education, career and job for the Diamond students, professional and others on the basis of their past behavior, present abilities and future capabilities keeping in mind their knowledge, skills, attitude, interest and true untapped potential i.e. hidden talent.
Why Career Counseling for Executive/Managers (up to 25 years of experience) from any Government and Private Organization?
The 1st reason is very simple: Corporate culture whether it is Government and Private Organization: 99% people are Thankless, Motionless, Reward less, Award less, Regardless, Emotionless and they can kick you out any point of time once your “Productivity” is not 100% even by telling that you are my family.
